1. Digital Product
SalaryBoost sells digital access to the Salary Growth Plan. The current product is a one-time $49 purchase, with online access delivered after the payment is verified. No physical product is shipped.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under SalaryBoost's voluntary refund policy. Because access is delivered immediately and the product is digital, refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatic.
This voluntary policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law or Paddle's buyer terms.
3. When Refunds May Be Approved
We may approve a refund when:
- You could not access the product after purchase and support could not resolve it.
- You were charged incorrectly or there was a duplicate charge.
- You purchased by mistake and have not substantially used the digital content.
- There is another fair reason that makes a refund reasonable.
4. When Refunds May Be Refused
We may refuse a refund when:
- The request is made after the 7-day voluntary refund window and no mandatory consumer right applies.
- The account has substantially used or consumed the paid digital content.
- There is evidence of abuse, account sharing, copying, or redistribution of paid content.
- There are repeated refund requests or purchase patterns that appear unfair or abusive.
5. How To Request A Refund
Email getsalaryboost@gmail.com with the purchase email address, purchase date if available, and the reason for the refund request. We may ask for extra information to locate the transaction or verify account ownership.
6. Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be submitted through the payment processor. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on the processor, card network, bank, and payment method.
7. No Income Guarantees
SalaryBoost does not guarantee a salary increase, job offer, promotion, raise, or financial outcome. Dissatisfaction with an employer response, job market result, negotiation result, or salary outcome does not by itself require a refund.
